We provide commercial cleaning services to clients within the commercial sector, specializing in janitorial projects and facilities maintenance in Honolulu, Hawaii. Unlike any other company in the business, we use QR codes to track cleaning needs in real time, making communication easy! We give our clients options to request eco-friendly supplies and provide monthly reports to ensure transparency and reliability.

Jarvis Gaidzinski - CEO
Jarvis Gaidzinski, a seasoned material engineer with a decade of experience, is CEO of Honolulu Commercial Cleaning. His expertise in materials has driven innovative cleaning solutions and optimized service protocols. He prioritizes client satisfaction through open communication and a customer-centric approach. Jarvis fosters a positive work environment where employees feel valued and empowered. He believes in fairness, transparency, and ethical business practices.
Certifications and Qualifications: Material Engineer, Asbestos Contractor Supervisor, OSHA Safety Standards, IRI Mold, Fire, Water and Disaster remediation, Harvard Authentic Leadership, Harvard Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Business
Years of Experience: Over 10 years in the cleaning business with over 10000h of know how.
Roles and Responsibilities: Maintain client satisfaction and ensure everyone in the process is treated fairly by their merits. To maintain client satisfaction and fair treatment: communicate openly, respond promptly, deliver quality service, collect feedback, treat everyone fairly, evaluate based on merit, resolve conflicts impartially, be transparent, and always improve.

Bong Cendana - Office Director
Prior to joining Honolulu Commercial Cleaning as a Cleaning Specialist in 2019, Bong has served as corporate secretary for various multinational corporations and worked as a legal professional in reputable law firms. He handles our compliance, disputes, and cleaning services contracts.
Certifications and Qualifications: He is a certified Contracts Manager from University of California Los Angeles, acquired Leadership Principles Certificate from Harvard Business School, holds a Juris Doctor degree, and a member of the American Bar Association since 2022.
Years of Experience: He has worked as a legal professional for at least 10 years and has been with Honolulu Commercial Cleaning for 6 years with roles from a Cleaning Specialist, Human Resources, Office Management, Finance Admin, Training and Development, Sales and Business Development, Compliance and Safety, Quality Assurance, Project Management, and Corporate Governance.
Specific Skills: A cleaning specialist at heart. Bong knows how to do basic janitorial services up to the use of cleaning equipment such as auto-scrubber, carpet extractor, side by side, and pressure washer. He does not mind doing the cleaning himself.
Roles and Responsibilities: Bong focuses on making sure that we pass our compliance requirements, from employment and labor, company setups, insurance, taxes, relations and filings with the government, meeting service levels on our cleaning services, and up to reviewing our bids and service contracts.

Jaren Domingcil- Office Manager
Jaren is a dedicated member of the Hawaii Army National Guard with over 12 years of service, bringing a strong foundation of leadership, discipline, and collaboration to every endeavor. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Jaren offers a comprehensive background in recruitment, onboarding, event coordination, and team engagement. Known for effectively communicating with staff, contractors, and employees alike, Jaren facilitates management meetings and fosters a productive, mission-driven work environment.
Certifications and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus
Years of Experience: 1 year & 1 month with Honolulu Commercial Cleaning.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Chelsea Farris - Senior Sales Manager II
With extensive customer service expertise, she excels at communicating with both clients and her co-workers. Chelsea builds personal relationships that create strong connections, approaching every interaction with a positive attitude. She proactively addresses and resolves challenges to ensure client satisfaction.
Certifications and Qualifications: Chelsea holds an Associate Degree in Accounting from Leeward Community College.
Years of Experience: With over three years at the company, I've developed comprehensive knowledge of all operational aspects and procedures
Specific Skills: My outgoing personality and problem-solving abilities enable me to establish strong relationships with clients. I excel at finding effective solutions to challenges. My multitasking capabilities allow me to efficiently complete tasks, while my organizational skills help me prioritize objectives and achieve important goals first.

Juelle Koska - Senior Project Manager
Juelle Koska is a highly skilled and results-oriented Project Manager with 2 years of experience leading teams to deliver successful projects at Honolulu Commercial Cleaning. Proven ability to manage project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and quality of work ranging from Hood and Restaurant Cleaning to Janitorials.
Certifications and Qualifications: MFS Hood Cleaning Certification
Years of Experience: 2 years working with Honolulu Commercial Cleaning.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the sales team and/or client on the scope of work for the project.

Hanna Bryant - Account Executive
Hanna serves as a link between clients and project management developing relationships and ensuring project progress. While maintaining and executing estimates and quality assurance on site.
Certifications & Qualifications: Currently, she is focused on building her practical expertise through hands-on experience within the company.
Years of Experience: She has been with Honolulu Commercial Cleaning (HCC) for one year, building on her previous experience as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. Her background also includes over a decade in the cleaning and customer service industries.
Specific Skills: Her skill set includes client and project management, sales, site assessment, estimate, proposal development, and problem resolution.
Roles and Responsibilities: She prioritizes cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with clients. She conducts on-site evaluations to provide project estimates and works closely with project managers and coordinators to support various projects. Additionally, she manages in-office phone communications and event coordination to increase sales opportunities.

Vaughn Osurman - Project Coordinator Trainee
Cleaner turned project coordinator. Managing projects, while prioritizing satisfaction of client’s and team members. Keeping a calm and collective attitude in time of need. Building strong connections with others to construct a fun and fair workplace dynamic.
Years of Experience: 3 years working in the cleaning industry and 2 months with Honolulu Commercial Cleaning
Roles and Responsibilities: Keeping both client’s and technician’s satisfied, by overseeing services daily. Keeping an open mind to ideas and communicating them between client and technician, making sure everybody gets a say in our projects. Manage Honolulu Commercial Cleaning’s rental division.
